Sidewalk shaving creates a safe, attractive, ADA-compliant transition that provides access for individuals with disabilities without scratching the concrete like traditional grinding.

Smaller cracks are typically filled with a basic filler material. For larger crack-filling projects, we use a crack-chasing blade to widen the crack, allowing it to accommodate a heavier fill material. This process helps prevent high heels from getting stuck and ensures compliance with playground and pool deck safety codes.

Our proprietary blade mounting system enables us to efficiently remove unwanted curbs or speed bumps. We can also shave down raised curbs to eliminate trip-and-fall hazards.

We will inspect each panel of sidewalk on the property, identifying any trip-and-fall hazards along with their measurements, location, description, and the estimated cost of repair.

Includes all of the details of the basic inspection and, in addition, we will record the GPS coordinates and before/after pictures for each trip hazard location.
